Popdrop will create smart tooltips and dropdowns that auto position to be in view. You can also create modal dialogs and even menus with hamburgers or dropdowns from buttons or links.
PopDrop comes with its own dedicated hamburger menu launcher and integrates with ButtonPlus2 if you need to.
